Ocelot Chocolate

Ocelot was founded in 2013 by Matt and Ish in their Edinburgh kitchen.

Inspired by their mutual passion for fine food, they went on a culinary journey that took them cooking around Europe, and culminated in forming a craft chocolate company. It was something they felt would perfectly express their obsession with both fine food, and beautiful design, with Ish being an Illustration graduate and designing the packaging.

More than a decade on, their chocolate is now made by a small team in our micro factory in the heart of Dundee, Scotland. Here they take pride in fusing the world’s best ingredients with the world’s best - and most ethical - chocolate.
