General FAQ's

Does LAMP have an actual store?

Yes. Our colourful little haven is located in Peckham, just off Bellenden Road. It’s a short walk from Peckham Rye or East Dulwich stations. You can find us on Google Maps here.

Do you make the items yourself?

We source products from small businesses and try to make sure all of the people we work with are either independent or family run, with an emphasis on sustainability and kindness to the planet. 

We collaborate with independent designers, artists and makers to create our own brand products.

Can I order fabric and wallpaper from you?

Yes. We’ve curated a collection of fabrics and wallpapers from a select number of designers. See below for more information about our collection of fabrics and wallpaper.

Can I order a bespoke lampshade from you?

Yes. You can order bespoke lampshades here.

We also have samples for bespoke shades in store, and we can send you design options via email so you can create your perfect lampshade. We have a selection of lampshades in store, but if we don’t have what you’re looking for we can order your bespoke shade at no additional cost.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do. We currently ship to Europe and the USA. Please see our shipping policy for full details. If you require shipping for any other country, please contact us.

Do you offer refunds/exchanges? 

Yes. Please see our T&Cs here.

Do you offer Trade Discount?

Yes. We offer a Trade Discount of 20% to interior designers and stylists on orders over £250. This excludes custom lampshades, fabrics and wallpapers. 

Please email hello@lamplondon.com to apply for a trade discount with a brief description of your business plus details of three other brands you hold accounts with.

Candle Subscription

How often does the Candle Subscription arrive?

Monthly. We send out the candle subscription on the first Tuesday of every month.

How many candles will I receive?

We send out 4 candles each month. We’ll carefully curate the candles from our favourite candle makers, True Grace and Ester & Erik, in an exquisite colour combination to match the month.

How long does the Candle Subscription last?

You can choose from 3, 6 and 12 months. We will take the full payment for all the months, so you don't have to worry about paying each month.

Can I cancel my Candle Subscription?

As we take payment for the full subscription amount at checkout, you will need to cancel within 28 days of purchase.

How do I change my address?

You can either email us at hello@lamplondon.com or go to your customer account, choose 'Subscriptions' and edit your address there.

Gift Registry

Do I have to pay for the Gift Registry service?

No, the service is absolutely free.

When will my gifts be sent?

We will deliver your gifts 2-4 weeks after your event. We will be in contact to arrange a delivery date.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

No. We make sure that no one buying your gift has to pay for shipping either.

Delivery of your gifts is included for all UK addresses. If you would like your items to be sent to an address outside the UK we can provide a quotation for this.

Will my Gift Registry be private?

You can password protect your Gift Registry.

Wallpaper

Can I order multiple samples through LAMP LDN?

Yes. We keep a good stock of all of our wallpaper and fabric samples across multiple designers and they are sent out within 24 hours from order.

How much wallpaper should I order?

We always recommend speaking to the professional who will be carrying out your wallpaper work before ordering. The repeat pattern of the design will indicate how much you need to order so as to perfect the look.

Please note, almost all our papers are printed to order and colour mixed by hand which means that colour match cannot be guaranteed between batches.

We cannot emphasise enough the importance of ordering the correct lengths of paper at the start of your process so please try your best to confirm this before your order.

Can I order more paper to complete my job?

Yes, but we always recommend speaking to the professional who will be carrying out your wallpaper work before ordering. The repeat pattern of the design will indicate how much you need to order so as to perfect the look.

Please note, almost all of our papers are printed to order and colour mixed by hand which means that colour match cannot be guaranteed.

We cannot emphasise enough the importance of ordering the correct lengths of paper at the start so please try your best to confirm this before your order.

Do you hold stock of wallpaper?

No. Once you are ready to place an order, we will manage this from you directly with the designers and the delivery of this is subject to the current lead time with what they have in their studio.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

This depends on the lead time with the designer it is ordered from. We will always let you know the general lead time when you order samples but will confirm lead time once we have this from designer following your order. Often the designers print their design in batches so if they have your design in stock, it can be dispatched within days.

Can you make curtains and blinds?

Yes. Please email us directly at hello@lamplondon.com to enquire about your bespoke needs. If you can provide us with approximate dimensions of what you would like we will be able to provide you with an initial quote much quicker.
